Easter Eggs Everywhere!

This week was so much fun for the preschoolers! We had a fieldtrip to the firestation, and that went so well! It seemed everyone enjoyed themselves and it was so cute seeing the children in the truck! This was also the week of our Easter party! We had so much fun celebrating the holiday. We played Easter games and made crafts. For snack Royce brought what we needed to make our snack so cute! We made Easter nests. :)

Time for Easter!

This week was filled with fun! We had so much going on! On Tuesday we had our fieldtrip to the fire station. The preschoolers seemed to have really enjoyed themselves! This was also the week of our Easter party! We read books about Easter and made crafts! We made little Easter creatures! They could make either a bunny or a chick. For snack we made an Easter nest! Avery brought what we needed to make our snack delicious and so cute! Dominic enjoyed it so much we had to take a picture!

Learning about safety!

This week we learned about being safe! We read books about police officers and firefighters! We watched the short movie Officer Buckle and Gloria which teaches children safety tips! For snack we made firetrucks and Wil brought in what we needed to make them great! We also made our own firetrucks out of boxes this week. They turned out so cute and we had a great time making them! :)

Safety first!

This week we learned how to be safe! Cody's dad Chris Cooper came to teach the preschoolers about police officers! He talked to them about calling 911 and how important it is to know your address and phone number. They were able to sit in his police car and see just what a police man a does! We made firetrucks for snack to get ready for our feld trip! Cooper brout what we needed and they turned ot just adorable!

Rumble in the Jungle!

We finised our alphabet and started learning about rhyming! We read rhyming books this week including Rumble in the Jungle. For snack we made cereal necklaces and counted 20 peices of cereal on the necklaces. Abner brought what we needed for snack this week. We learned about the color yellow and made a yellow collage with our show and tell!

The week of yellow!

We finshed learning about our alphabet! This week we learned about the color yellow. We did the yellow paper to add to our color book! We learned about rhyming as well and read some rhyming books! For snack we made necklace patterns and Cody brought everything we needed! The preschoolers had so much fun picking out their cereal to add to their necklaces. :) During play time the children put all the chairs together and were playing as a group. It was so adorable!

The week of Z and the letter 20!

This week we learend about the letter Z and the number 20! For the letter Z, we made Zebra Pudding for snack and Tate brought everything we needed. This week we read aother book and wrote in our journals! The book the preschoolers read was called What Can Hop? We had to add this picture of Wil during play time with a dog hat on. So cute!

Z is for zig zag!

We made our zig zag paers and did dot paints! We had so much fun making a class zoo as well! Every preschooler made their own animal to color and cut out! Ths was also the week that we learned about the number 20!

V is for Volcano!

This week we learned about the letter V! We had a great time walking down to the park to make our own volcanos! We put baking soda and vinegar in water bottles and the preschoolers were able to watch their volcanos explode! This week we also learned about the number 16 an

how to count backwards from the 16!

Y is for Yummy Yogurt!

This week Riley brought in what we needed for snack! We had yummy yogurt with sprinkles! We did or Y is for yo yo page and learned about the number 19! This week we also began reading books! We read The Big Ram and wrote in our journals! The preschoolers love their journals! :)

The week of Y!

This week we learned about the letter Y and the number 19! For snack, Kooper brought in yogurt and bananas! We did our y is for yellow paper and laced a yellow Y with yarn. We also read many books that started with Y! They especilly loved the book Are You My Mother?

X is for...

This week we learned about the letter X! For snack we made X's and O's with nilla wafers, frosting and chocolate chips! Mmmm... As you can tell from the adorable picture the preschoolers made X' and O's themselves! This week we also made a xylophone using paper and they turned out so cute!

The week of W!

The preschoolers had tons of fun this week! For snack, Rnie brought in what we needed to make Washington's Cherry Pie! They loved it! We also made our W is for wagon page. As well as learning aboutthe number 17. We read lots of W books, including Where the Wild Things Are! For show and tell they all brought in somethign that started with W! Adelynn had a very cute idea of bringing in wings! So adorable!

This week we made Washington's Cherry Pie for snack! Annie brought in everythign the preschoolers needed to make our snack! We made our W is for watercolors page and the kis loved painting! We painted another time this week when we made our watermelons! We also learned about the number 17.

V is for Veggies!

This week we learend about the letter V! Emma brought in lots of veggies to make ur snack perfect! We also had dip for our veggies! This was a very exciting week. We made our V is for Valentine page. We also learned about the number 16! This week we made volcanos! We all walked down to the park and the preschoolers loved t! We put baking soda and vinegar in water bottes and watch the explosion happen!

Week of our Valetines day party!

This was a fun filled week! We learned about the letter U! Ashton brought everything we needed to make our Upside down Sundeas for snack! The kids loved these! Since this was the week of our Valentines day party, we had lots of fun! We made a Valentine holder and played valentine Bingo! the preschoolers also brought in something they love for show and tell!

The week of S!

For the letter S. we made sunflowers for snack! Royce brought the preschoolers everthing they needed! They thought it was delicious! This week we also made our S is for sun alphabet book page! We learned about the number 14 as well!

This week we learned about the letter R and did many fun activites to help the preschoolers learn! For snack we made Rudie the Reindeer. Wil brought what we needed to make it delicious. We made a robot for our alphabet book! This week we also learned about the number 13. We practiced writing all our numbers on white boards which they love doing!
